Facility fees, which are based on the Sutter Creek City Council’s desire to make the facilities available to all members of the community at a reasonable cost, vary and insurance is required.

The schoolhouse is rich in Gold Rush history. This beautiful building is California’s second oldest two-story brick schoolhouse. The Sutter Creek Community Benefit Foundation has restored the first and second floor making it a wonderful rental for any occasion. There are four rooms within the Historic Grammar School that can be rented.

This site is named in recognition of the gift by W.D. “Dick” and Marge Cribbs to the City of Sutter Creek on April 6th, 1964. This land was given with the stipulation it be developed for municipal purposes including the construction and maintenance of a baseball diamond for the Little League baseball teams within the City of Sutter Creek. It is also an ideal venue for group gatherings and events. The Snack Shack can be rented separately.
